Why underdo?

My friend Jill is an overachiever. I mean she can practically juggle anything, anytime. Especially if it involves hypocondriasm, infertility, graduate school, kids, and owning a rockband. In saying so, it is not an unusual act of friendship that when I expressed my discouragement on creating allergy-free food, that the next day I got the link (and co-authorship) to this wonderful blog, to help me keep my thoughts straight, and be accompanied with her shark-like (and unusual-flour-bread making) skills for our "food cures" ...
